It’s not your everyday story: former business woman turned yoga teacher and transformational life coach. My nervous system is infinitely happier now, and my soul is gratified to know I am helping people live healthier, more balanced, more joyful lives.
With over a decade of experience helping people live more naturally, I offer instruction and guidance in the areas of yoga, life and wellness coaching, green living, healthy diet, natural skin and body care, and more.
I truly love helping draw out the best in people, helping them identify what lights their inner glow, and then designing a life where they can do more of that, each and every day.
I endorse radical self-love and self-care. Taking care of your self is so important; then you can be the best you you can be, for yourself and for others.
Please fill out my contact form and let me help you light your innerglow today!

On The Stage
Here you can view and listen to Beautiful Together: An Artistic Journey Toward Hope on the stage at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, in which I was extremely honored to perform as a part of the Garden Choir. The performance was a benefit concert for the victims of the Pulse shooting in Orlando, FL in June, 2016, and was put together and performed by various members of the greater Orlando area artistic community, just 16 days after the tragedy occurred. I am positioned all the way at the left side of the group, in the front row of the singers, directly in front of the orchestra musicians, and am wearing a red top.
