It’s been a couple of decades now that my life has slowly been moving toward natural rhythms and cycles.
Over the years, the pursuit of healing various health issues (with little help from the traditional medical model) led me to seek other alternatives. The idea that we can heal ourselves from the inside out really sparked me.
Cleaner diet, meditation, mindfulness, and meaningful connections with other people have played a huge part in my personal healing.
I am inspired to share these tools with others, so they too may find healing and good health through the rhythms of nature and the Earth.
